HIRED, a leading workforce development organization, is on a mission to break intergenerational poverty. At Broadway Community High School a culinary training course, funded, in part, by Finnegans Community Fund, and operated in partnership with the Minneapolis School District, allows students the chance to apply their learned skills to a real-life catering business as they prepare for careers in food service and start down the path to economic self-sufficiency.
