Finnegans is a proud sponsor of this educational event with a short preview of the documentary film 'The Vanishing of the Bees'. The preview will be followed by a panel discussion focused on the issues affecting the health of honeybees and honeybees' relationship to agriculture and the environment. There will be an opportunity afterwards to ask questions. Common Roots will prepare a special bee themed tasting menu for the evening.

Poetry Slam
Location: Kieran's Irish Pub
                330-2nd Ave S., Minneapolis
$5. all ages venue* Things get a little crazy at the annual "anything goes" Drunk Poetry Slam at Kieran's Irish Pub. Performers have 5 minutes to do whatever they'd like in the name of poetry while being judged by 5 random members of the audience. Finnegan's will be on hand with drink specials all to help the SlamMN! PoetrySlam Team raise the funds to represent Minneapolis at the National Poetry Slam this summer. Bring a poem, a film, costumes, music - whatever you'd like if you want to perform. If not, bring your thirsty self, loud opinion and generosity.

Finnegans is the proud beer sponsor of this BBQ Rib and Blues festival. All of the proceeds will be donated to One Heartland (formerly Camp Heartland). Tickets are $20 in advanced for adults, $25 the day of the event. Kids 10 and under tickets are available both in advance and at the door for $10.
